- All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for non-food items or within 24 hours for food orders, unless otherwise specified by the vendor.
- Sure Swift Couriers facilitates communication between customers and vendors but is not responsible for the condition or quality of products sold.
2. Non-Food Items (Vendor Products)
- Eligibility: Items are eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or not as described in the listing.
- Process:
- Contact the vendor through the Sure Swift platform within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide proof of issue (e.g., photos of damaged items).
- The vendor will review and approve the return or refund request.
- If approved, return the item to the vendor’s designated address using Sure Swift Couriers (return shipping costs may apply, based on vendor policy).
- Refunds: Processed by the vendor within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.
- Non-Returnable Items: Include personalized items, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable in the listing.
3. Food Orders (Restaurants)
- Eligibility: Refunds or replacements may be requested for incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory food orders (e.g., spoiled or not as described).
- Process:
- Contact the restaurant via the Sure Swift platform within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide evidence (e.g., photos of the issue).
- The restaurant will review and may offer a refund, replacement, or credit, subject to their policy.
- Refunds: Processed within 7 days by the restaurant, via the original payment method.
- Note: Due to health and safety regulations, food items cannot be returned once delivered unless defective or incorrect.
4. Sure Swift’s Role
- Sure Swift Couriers is not liable for product quality or vendor/restaurant policies but will mediate disputes if needed.
- If a vendor or restaurant fails to respond within 48 hours, contact our support team for assistance.
5. Delivery Issues
- If an order is not delivered due to an error by Sure Swift Couriers, we will coordinate with the vendor/restaurant to provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
