Sure Swift Couriers Refund & Returns Policy

At Sure Swift Couriers, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase made through our platform. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the process for returns, refunds, or exchanges for products and food orders purchased from vendors and restaurants on our website.

1. General Conditions

  • Refunds or returns are subject to the specific vendor’s or restaurant’s policies, as outlined in their product or service listings.
  • All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for non-food items or within 24 hours for food orders, unless otherwise specified by the vendor.
  • Sure Swift Couriers facilitates communication between customers and vendors but is not responsible for the condition or quality of products sold.

2. Non-Food Items (Vendor Products)

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for return if they are damaged, defective, or not as described in the listing.
  • Process:
  1. Contact the vendor through the Sure Swift platform within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide proof of issue (e.g., photos of damaged items).
  3. The vendor will review and approve the return or refund request.
  4. If approved, return the item to the vendor’s designated address using Sure Swift Couriers (return shipping costs may apply, based on vendor policy).
  • Refunds: Processed by the vendor within 14 days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Include personalized items, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable in the listing.

3. Food Orders (Restaurants)

  • Eligibility: Refunds or replacements may be requested for incorrect, missing, or unsatisfactory food orders (e.g., spoiled or not as described).
  • Process:
  1. Contact the restaurant via the Sure Swift platform within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide evidence (e.g., photos of the issue).
  3. The restaurant will review and may offer a refund, replacement, or credit, subject to their policy.
  • Refunds: Processed within 7 days by the restaurant, via the original payment method.
  • Note: Due to health and safety regulations, food items cannot be returned once delivered unless defective or incorrect.

4. Sure Swift’s Role

  • Sure Swift Couriers is not liable for product quality or vendor/restaurant policies but will mediate disputes if needed.
  • If a vendor or restaurant fails to respond within 48 hours, contact our support team for assistance.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If an order is not delivered due to an error by Sure Swift Couriers, we will coordinate with the vendor/restaurant to provide a refund or replacement at no additional cost.
